Brad R. Tuttle

Brad R. Tuttle is a graduate of the Columbia School of Journalism, where he was a student in Samuel G. Freedman’s acclaimed Book Writing Seminar. He is the author of The Ellis Island Collection: Artifacts of the Immigrant Experience (Chronicle Books, 2004). He was an editor at Arthur Frommer’s Budget Travel and the parenting magazine Wondertime, and his writing has appeared in Newsweek, The New York Times, American History, Newsday, The New York Press, and other publications. He was born and raised in New Jersey, and currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife Jessica and their sons William, Owen, and Nathaniel.
